American Marine Oil Systems makes cleaning the dirtiest of bilges easier and more efficient than ever before. This machine can rapidly evacuate bilge waste, steam clean with high pressure, and clean ground spills. The high powered vacuum with its easy clean pre-filters and 150 feet of scuff proof hose can access the most inaccessible bilge or engine room. There are no open flames with our system.

  • Easy change commercial  pre-filter housings.

  • Evacuates the heaviest of liquid waste, and solids from any bilge to a 40 or 80 gallon stainless steel collection tank (tank size can be customized for larger capacities).

  • Thoroughly steam cleans the bilge with a patented high-pressure industrial marine steam cleaning machine utilizing a heat exchange process to heat the water to 190º F without using diesel or propane burners — reducing fire hazards.
  • The Marine Bilge Systems comes with a custom powder coated hose reel and 150 feet of 2” to 1.5” non-scuff evacuation hose. Also included is 150 feet of high pressure hose on a custom mounted powdered coated reel.
  • Process oily/water with our top-of-the-line oil/water separator that cleans contaminated water to below 15 parts per million at a rate of 2.5 or 7.5 gallons per minute. The oil/water separator is Coast Guard approved and meets IMO and Coast Guard environmental regulations. (System is purchased separately)
  • The Marine Bilge System is now available with a ground spill attachment. This can easily be combined with the original system to clean environmental spills on land. Comes stationary or mobile on a 4’x6’ trailer.
